正常高值血压与高敏C反应蛋白的相关性

目的观测正常高值血压患者血清高敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）浓度，分析探讨正常高值血压与机体炎症反应间的关系，以及与机体炎症反应相关的其他因素。方法选择正常高值血压患者87例，对照组为同期健康体检者70例。测量血清hs—CRP、空腹血糖（FBG）、甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、体重指数（BMI）等指标。血清hs—CRP用酶联免疫吸附实验（ELISA）测定。结果单纯收缩性正常高值血压组（SBP：120-139mmHg）hs—CRP水平显著高于对照组[（1．40±1．48）mg／L比（O．93±0．82）mg／L，P〈0．05]。hs—CRP与TC、TG、BMI、FBG均呈显著正相关（P〈O．05）。结论正常高值血压患者血清hs—CRP浓度明显升高，提示正常高值血压患者机体内已存在炎症反应。TC、TG、BMI、FBG均是加重炎症反应的相关因素。

Association of high-sensitivity C-reaction protein with prehypertension
