| 摘 要： | 治疗１５０例脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤的患者，认为在处理脊髓损伤时，应尽可能早期、恰当地减压受累之脊髓，坚强固定不稳定的脊柱骨折，冷却损伤的脊髓，并辅以类固醇与脱水剂等治疗，对于促进不完全受损脊髓感觉和运动功能的恢复有重要意义。

| Abstract: | This report presented the early diagno-sis and surgical management of 150 cases sufferedfrom spine fractures complicated with spine cord in-juries. To decompress the spinal cord injuried as soonas possible,to fix the unstable fractured spine seg-ment firmly ,and to irrigate the injuried cord withcool normal saline,in addition to medication ofsteroids and dehydrant all are of great importance forpromoting those uncomplete cord injury patients’sensery and motive function recovery. |
