以病原菌群体感应系统为靶标的新型抗菌药物的研究进展

摘    要:近年来,日益严重的细菌耐药性成为全球关注的焦点,尤其是南亚发现的新型超级细菌几乎对绝大多数抗生素都具有抗性,在世界范围内引起了恐慌。对病原菌致病机制的研究发现,许多病原菌的致病机制都依赖细菌群体感应系统的调节和控制。筛选高效的群体感应抑制剂有望成为解决细菌感染以及耐药性问题的一个有效途径。本文主要阐述了细菌群体感应信号调控系统、群体感应抑制因子体外筛选模型及体内动物模型评价,群体感应抑制因子的研究近况等内容。
