| 摘 要： | [目的]了解三峡移民的健康状况和生命质量状况,分析影响生命质量的因素,以便制订相应措施。[方法]2009年,在山东省济南市、济宁市和淄博市抽取三峡移民和当地居民进行调查,采用SF-36表测量生命质量。[结果]调查三峡移民324人,当地居民270人。2周内患病率分别为43.52%、33.33%(P<0.05);对个人收入非常满意、比较满意者所占比例分别为23.46%、52.22%(P<0.05);生命质量得分总分分别为72.42±16.86和79.30±15.82分(P<0.01),各个维度得分均为移民低于当地居民(P<0.01)。多因素非条件Logistic回归分析结果,影响移民生命质量的因素包括年龄、性别、婚姻、文化程度、职业、医疗保障、生活适应程度、是否饮酒、是否吸烟、个人收入满意度、与当地人关系满意度、2周内是否患病、是否患慢性病。[结论]三峡移民的生命质量低于当地居民,影响移民生命质量的因素是多方面的。
