| 摘 要： | 中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(Neutrophil extracellular traps,NETs)作为人体先天免疫系统的组成部分,具有捕杀病原体的作用。最近已经明确,几种细菌毒力因子有利于细菌逃避NETs的作用。本文讨论5种毒力因子,包括核酸酶、多糖荚膜、丙氨酰脂磷壁酸、唾液酸化聚糖分子模拟物、β-羟基丁酸。

| Abstract: | Neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) are considered to be a part of the human innate immunity because of their ability to trap and kill pathogens. Recently, bacterial virulence factors that counteract NETs have been identified. Here we review five major bacterial virulence factors utilized by pathogenic bacteria to evade NETs, including nuclease, polysaccharide capsules, D-alanylated lipoteichoic acids, molecular mimicry of host sialylated glycans and β-hydroxybutyrate. |
