2009年莱州市区托幼机构儿童、在校学生预防接种证调查

目的]了解莱州市区托幼机构儿童和在校中小学生预防接种状况。方法]将莱州市区所有托幼机构儿童和中、小学在校学生作为被调查对象,收集其预防接种证,由专业技术人员根据免疫程序查看国家免疫规划疫苗的接种情况,在规定年龄完成相应疫苗接种者判定为合格。结果]所调查对象的预防接种证持证率90.18%(25 345/28 106),接种合格率达78.84%(19 982/25 345)。卡介苗、脊灰疫苗、百白破三联、含麻疹成份疫苗、乙肝疫苗、白破二联、流脑疫苗、乙脑疫苗、甲肝疫苗9种疫苗全程接种合格率达78.84%(19982/25345),单苗漏种率分别为0.30%、1.95%、0.87%、4.06%、0.10%、11.81%、7.86%、14.24%、7.85%。结论]预防接种证持证率与接种合格率均表现为托幼机构儿童高于小学生,小学生高于中学生,9种疫苗漏种率由高到低依次排列为甲肝、流脑、乙脑、白破二联、含麻疹成分疫苗、脊灰、百白破三联、卡介苗、乙肝疫苗。
