| 摘 要： | [目的]了解枣庄市农民工艾滋病相关知识知晓、态度及相关行为(KAP)情况,为制定有效的干预措施提供依据。[方法]2010年2月,随机抽取枣庄市市中区城区建筑工地农民工进行艾滋病知识、态度及相关行为调查。[结果]调查1 404人,艾滋病知识知晓率为67.81%,其中传播途径的知晓率为62.75%,非传播途径的知晓率为59.62%。获得艾滋病相关知识途径为电视、广播、报刊的分别占26.42%、32.05%、73.79%;希望获得艾滋病知识的途径是电视的占48.05%,是宣传画册的占28.02%,是医生的占17.08%。对HIV感染者持完全不接纳态度的占50.14%。最近3个月有非婚性行为的占25.14%,每次性行为时使用安全套的占13.03%。[结论]农民工艾滋病相关知识缺乏,存在一定比率的高危行为。
