| 摘 要： | 目的]了解HIV抗体艾滋病筛查阳性结果与确证结果之间的关系。方法]采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)、硒标免疫层析法(Determine)进行HIV抗体筛查,免疫印迹法(WB)对筛查阳性标本进行确证,对筛查结果与确证结果进行比较分析。结果]119例HIV抗体筛查阳性标本,确证HIV-1抗体81份(占68.07%);确证HIV抗体阴性24份(占20.17%);HIV抗体不确定14份(占11.76%)。ELISA和硒标或金标的结果均阳性者,81份HIV抗体确证阳性标本为100%,24份确证HIV抗体阴性者为4.17%,14份HIV抗体不确定者为35.71%。ELISA方法S/CO值>6者,HIV抗体确证阳性标本占98.76%;反应条带gp160、gp120、gp41出现率最高,为100%。结论]两种筛查方法结果均阳性且S/CO值高时,预示HIV-1抗体阳性的可能性大,而筛查结果一阴一阳且S/CO值较低时,HIV抗体阴性及不确定的可能性较大,筛查试验有假阳性反应。
