| 摘 要： | [目的]了解德州市德城区传染病疫情态势,以便制订科学的防治规划。[方法]对德城区2009年法定报告传染病疫情资料进行分析。[结果]2009年德城区报告法定传染病18种、1 710例,死亡1例,年发病率为291.76/10万,病死率为0.058%。年发病率(/10万),乙类传染病为91.11,丙类传染病为200.65;城区各个办事处为315.32,农村各乡镇为239.14(P<0.01);男性为350.67,女性为227.78(P<0.01);0~14岁为1 133.52,15~34岁为127.35,35~54岁为73.31,≥55岁以上为94.99;主要传染病中,手足口病、肺结核、甲型H1N1流感、乙肝、麻疹分别为191.10、41.81、15.87、12.63、5.64。[结论]2009年德城区传染病发病率较高,手足口病是发病最多的传染病。
