2009年山东省传染病报告卡填报质量评价

目的]了解山东省传染病报告卡的填报情况。方法]对2009年山东省传染病报告卡相关资料进行分析。结果]查出年龄与职业不匹配的报告卡494张,占0.17%;≤14岁病例未填写家长姓名的3 528张,占2.01%;未填写填卡医生姓名的12 632张,占4.26%;干部职员、学生、幼托儿童、医务人员、工人、教师病例未填写工作单位的共20 642例,占27.45%;错误报告病原携带者和阳性检测结果的172张,占0.06%。结论]2009年山东省传染病报告卡填写质量比2008年有较大幅度的提高。
