龙岩市全球基金第四轮结核病项目健康促进活动效果评价

目的]评价全球基金第四轮结核病项目健康促进工作实施效果。方法]2010年,在龙岩市4个项目县,选择乡、村妇女干部和村医为健康促进人员,开展进村入户发放宣传材料、面对面交流等健康促进活动;选择项目县上杭县和非项目县永定县的部分居民,调查并比较结核病相关知识知晓情况。结果]项目县健康促进工作人员培训率为97.00%,健康促进材料发放入村率为98.19%、入户率为64.44%。结核病防治知识总知晓率,项目县村民520人为51.32%,非项目县村民541人为42.88%(P<0.01)。获得结核病防治知识的途径,从邻居或朋友那里、电视、传单、村医和妇女干部、招贴画获得的,分别为44.20%、、39.87%、15.08%、14.51%、10.93%。结论]开展健康促进活动可以提高居民结核病防治知识知晓率,但项目县村民知晓率仍不高。
