| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨狂犬病流行因素,以便制定有效防治措施。方法]对2005~2010年黔东南州狂犬病疫情资料进行分析。结果]2005~2010年累积发生狂犬病287例,均死亡。2005年发病率为1.98/10万,2006年为1.70/10万,2007年为1.22/10万,2008年为0.85/10万,2009年为0.61/10万,2010年为0.68/10万。年均发病率为1.17/10万,各县(市、区)在0.43/10万~1.90/10万;男性为1.66/10万,女性为0.63/10万(P<0.01);发病最高年龄段为5~9岁,发病率为3.81/10万。287例中,6~10月发病的占55.40%。统计126例,暴露后伤口未作任何处理的占58.73%,未接种狂犬病疫苗的占92.06%。结论]2005~2010年黔东南州狂犬病疫情上升,动物致伤后未处理伤口、未接种狂犬病疫苗是其主要原因。
