| 摘 要： | [目的]分析手足口病发病规律,摸索行之有效的防治措施。[方法]对正阳县2008~2009年手足口病疫情资料进行分析。[结果]2008~2009年正阳县累计报告手足口病292例,年平均发病率为18.81/10万,无死亡病例,未出现暴发。0~4岁分别为98.00/10万、505.85/10万、432.96/10万、242.72/10万、88.00/10万,5~9岁为6.42/10万;男童为49.98/10万,女童为24.17/10万,男童高于女童(P<0.01)。农村为36.11/10万,城镇为48.21/10万(P<0.05)。292例病人中4~7月发病的占86.99%,0~4岁儿童占97.94%,散居儿童、幼托儿童和学生分别占90.75%、7.88%、1.37%。病原学检测20份样品,阳性12份。[结论]2008~2009年正阳县手足口病疫情平稳。
