1起幼儿园手足口病暴发调查

目的]分析幼儿园手足口病暴发疫情的流行特征、控制效果及存在问题,为今后防治工作积累经验。方法]对该园所有手足口病患儿进行流行病学调查。结果]首例患儿因家长在外打工,回家后将病毒传播给孩子而得病;一个潜伏期内陆续发病22例,考虑为在园传播;其后发病26例,考虑原因为患儿在家隔离不彻底接触健康儿童而使其得病。患儿以小年龄组为主,不同年龄差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论]良好的卫生习惯、彻底的隔离措施、重症病例筛查及有效切断传播途径是控制手足口病暴发流行的有效手段。
