2009年东营市医疗卫生机构传染病网络直报能力调查

目的]掌握东营市传染病网络直报系统运转状况,找出存在的问题并提出解决的办法。方法]调查东营市2009年医疗卫生机构传染病直报网络建设、人员配置情况及传染病直报质量,使用Excel程序进行统计分析。结果]2009年东营市报告法定传染病报告卡6 206张,报告及时率为99.41%,审核及时率为99.89%。东营市公立医疗卫生机构直报覆盖率为100%,私立医院网络直报率为20.00%。实现网络直报的96处医疗卫生机构84.78%的医疗卫生机构有专用于传染病网络直报的计算机;85.42%的单位使用宽带上网;专职直报人员占95.83%;中级及以上职称人员占42.39%;预防医学专业占29.35%;从事网络直报满5年的占56.25%,43.75%的直报单位更换过直报人员。结论]2009年东营市传染病网络直报质量较好。公立医疗卫生机构全部实现网络直报,但存在私立医疗机构网络直报覆盖率低,部分医疗机构直报系统设备不能满足工作需求、人员业务素质偏低、人员更换频繁等问题亟需解决。
