摘    要:黄酮类化合物由于其在生物学及生理学中的重要作用受到了广泛的关注。本文综述了毛细管电泳法测定黄酮类化合物的应用,包括手性分离以及毛细管电泳-质谱联用技术。此外,还讨论了提高毛细管电泳法灵敏度的技术,如样品堆积法、扫集法和等速电泳法等。

Abstract:Due to their biological and physiological importance,flavonoids received considerable attention in the literature.This review discusses the widely used analytical method i.e.capillary electrophoresis(CE) including the chiral flavonoids separation and the hyphenation of CE and MS.Techniques used for enhancement of sensitivity such as stacking,sweeping,isotachophoresis etc.were also discussed.
