| 摘 要： | [目的]了解寿光市居民心脑血管疾病死亡情况与死亡原因,为制订卫生事业发展规划和卫生政策提供科学依据。[方法]对2009年寿光市全部居民中因心脑血管疾病死亡者进行调查。[结果]2009年全市居民1 029 000人,心脑血管疾死亡2 749例,死亡率为267.15/10万。心脑血管疾死亡率(/10万),男性为262.12,女性为272.28(P>0.05);<15岁为0.00,15~19岁为0.00,20~29岁为3.88,30~39岁为7.91,40~49岁为30.16,50~59岁为118.48,60~69岁为388.59,70~79岁为1 545.83,≥80岁为6 629.61。男性、女性和全部居民,心脑血管疾病前4位死亡原因均为缺血性心脏病、脑血管疾病、高血压性心脏病和风湿性心脏病。[结论]寿光市心脑血管死亡率较高。
