2007～2009年于都县动物致伤人群资料分析

目的]了解于都县动物致伤人群的流行病学特征,为制订相关防治措施提供科学依据。方法]对2007~2009年于都县疾病预防控制中心狂犬病预防门诊部登记的动物致伤就诊者的个案资料进行分析。结果]于都县2007~2009年累计动物致伤15 732例。其中,男性占62.22%,15岁以下儿童占59.19%;受伤时间在5~10月的占61.26%;致伤四肢者占89.38%,Ⅲ级暴露者占61.11%;受伤后6~12 h就诊者占74.97%,自行处理伤口的占1.24%;全程接种人用狂犬病疫苗的占99.18%,注射狂犬病被动免疫制剂的占30.30%。致伤动物为犬只的占82.23%。结论]于都县动物伤人现象较严重,以犬伤为主。

Analysis on Data of Animal-injured Populations in Yudu County,2007-2009
