2008～2010年太原市乙脑、流脑疫苗接种率调查

目的]掌握太原市将乙脑疫苗、流脑疫苗纳入儿童免疫规划后的接种率情况,为今后有计划地开展免疫规划工作提供科学依据。方法]2008年、2009年和2010年,在太原市各县(市、区)抽取部分常住和流动适龄儿童进行调查。结果]2008~2010年分别调查常住儿童881、877、879名,乙脑疫苗第一针接种率分别为89.67%、94.87%、98.86%,2008年第二针接种率为65.04%;流脑疫苗第一针接种率分别为87.85%、96.69%、96.59%,第二针接种率分别为70.15%、83.69%。2008~2010年分别调查流动儿童290、289、287名,乙脑疫苗第一针接种率分别为80.00%、91.35%、98.95%,2008年第二针接种率为57.59%;流脑疫苗第一针接种率分别为76.21%、94.81%、97.21%,第二针接种率分别为50.00%、83.74%。结论]两脑疫苗纳入免疫规划后,接种率明显提高。流动儿童接种率显著低于常住儿童。
