| 摘 要： | 目的]了解腹泻病流行规律,为制定切实可行的控制措施提供科学依据。方法]对淄川区城南镇卫生院及北石村、公孙村2008年1月至2009年12月腹泻病监测资料进行分析。结果]2008年3月、8月在2个监测村合计调查4194人月,腹泻病发病104人次,推算全年发病率为0.13次/人年,无病死。推算发病率(次/人年),北石村为0.13,公孙村为0.13次;男性为0.16,女性为0.13;5岁以下、5~15、16~35、36~64、≥65岁分别为0.94、0.30、0.14、0.16、0.4。月发病率3月为1.00%,8月为4.04%。统计5岁以下儿童就诊腹泻病病人200人次,静脉输液的占9.00%,使用抗生素的占88.00%,使用口服补液盐的占2.00%,采取其他治疗者占60.00%。结论]监测村5岁以下儿童腹泻病发病率较低。
