| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨轮状病毒肠炎患儿血清免疫球蛋白的动态变化及其临床意义。方法：对85例轮状病毒肠炎患儿及30例健康儿童进行血清IgG、IgA和IgM水平测定，并将两者作对比分析。结果：轮状病毒肠炎患儿组（观察组）IgG、IgA和IgM均明显低于健康儿童组（对照组），两组比较三项指标均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：轮状病毒肠炎患儿免疫球蛋白活性明显降低，免疫球蛋白检测对判断患儿病情严重程度和指导临床治疗有一定实用价值。

On Tests of Immunoglobulin in Children of Duovirus Enteritis and Its Clinical Significance |

| Abstract: | Objective.. To explore the change of immunoglobulin in children of duovirus enteritis and its clinical significance. Methods： Examining the level of IgG, IgA and IgM in 85 cases of patients and 30 cases of healthy children and making a comparative analysis. Results： The levels of IgG, IgA and IgM in children of duovirus enteritis are obviously lower and there is significant difference between the 2 groups （P〈0. 05）, Conclusion： Activity of imrnunoglobulin in children of duovirus enteritis is significantly decreased, therefore, tests of it is valuable in determining the seriousness of the disease and guiding clinical treatment. |
