| Abstract: | The expression plasmid (pSPOSM) of recombinant oncostatin M(OSM) was constructed,and the cells of JM103 as an engineered strain were transformed with pSPOSM.After induction of the engineered strain,the quantity of expressed product was about 35% in total proteins in bacteria by examination of SDS PAGE.The biological activity of recombinant OSM was analyzed using the sample after simple purification through the growth inhibition test on A 375 melanoma cells.It was 12 GIA/ng. |
