3种中药注射液对小儿急性上呼吸道感染的疗效比较

目的比较3种中药注射液对小儿上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法选择儿科急性上呼吸道感染患儿633例，随机分为肿节风治疗组（A组）163例、新鱼腥草素钠治疗组（B组）158例、穿琥宁治疗组（C组）156例及病毒唑对照组（D组）156例，疗程均为3do结果A组、B组、C组及D组的临床总有效率分别为95．70％，95．57％，92．95％和80．77％，3个治疗组与对照组（D组）比较疗效均有明显差异（P〈0．05），但治疗组组同比较则无明显差异（P〉0．05）。结论3种中药注射液临床疗效均明显优于病毒唑。

Observation of Three Injections of Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Children Acute Upper Respiratory Infection

Objective To compare the efficacys of 3 injection of Chinese Medicine in the treatment of children acute upper respiratory infection （AURI）. Methods All 633 cases of AURI in our hospital were chosen as the studing subjects and divided randomly into 4 groups. 163 patients in group A were treated with Zhongjiefeng Injection. 158 patients in group B were treated with Sodium New Houttuyfonate Injection. 156 patients in group C were treated with Chuanhuning injection and 156 patients in group D were treated with Ribavirin Injection, respectively. The treatment ourses were all three days. Results The effective rates of group A, B, C, D were 95.70%, 95.57%, 92.95% and 80.77%, respectively（P 〈 0.05）, but there was no obvious difference between group A, B, C（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effective rates in 3 injections of Chinese medicine all superior to ribavirin.
