| 摘 要： | 85例胆道结石症患者手术前后作血清甘胆酸浓度放射免疫测定,发现单纯性胆囊结石和胆总管结石患者术后血清甘胆酸浓度较术前明显降低(P均<0.01);胆襄结石和胆总管结石合并阻塞性黄疸患者血清甘胆酸浓度下降并不显著(P均>0.05)。作者认为:血清甘腿酸测定对胆道结石症诊断与治疗有一定的临床参考价值。

| Abstract: | The serum CG levels were measured by RIA in eighty-five cholelithiasis patients . The results indicate that serum CG levels o f single cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis patients after operation was decrased more markedly than those before operation. The serum CG levels of choLecys-tolithiasis and choledocholithiasis patients with obstructive jaundive after operation were decreasd less markedly than those before . These data suggest that serum CG level is a more sensitive test of liver function than SGPT. |
