| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨ＬＡＫ细胞／ＩＬ－２对癌性胸、腹水的治疗效果。方法：２１例癌性胸、腹水患者用ＬＡＫ细胞／ＩＬ－２直接灌注治疗，每周２次，连续２～３周。结果：治疗有效率为７６．２％，患者一般症状明显改善，免疫状态增强，治疗副作用为一过性发热。结论：ＬＡＫ细胞／ＩＬ－２直接胸、腹腔灌注是治疗癌性胸、腹水的有效手段

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe the therapeutic effects of LAK/IL-2 on malignant pleural and peritoneal effusion Method:21 patients with malignant pleural and peritoneal effusion were treated by infusing pleural and peritoneal cavity directfly with LAK/IL 2 twice a week for 2-3 weeks Results:The effective rate of this therapeutics was 76 2% The symptoms and signs of the patients were remarkably ameliorated in addition to disappearance of the effusion The immunologic ability of the patients were enhanced Side effect was transient fever Conclusion:Therapy by infusing pleural and peritoneal cavity directly with LAK/IL 2 is safe, effective and can be used in malignant pleural and peritoneal effusion |
