摘    要:目的:探讨介入法在治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症中的治疗价值。方法:在数字减影血管造影机(DSA)的监视下,使用输卵管再通器械及非离子型造影剂,对患侧输卵管施行再通术,并通过导管直接注入疏通液,输卵管壶腹部至伞部的阻塞病例,在介入术后配合中药治疗。结果:本组治疗2100例输卵管阻塞患者,成功再通1950例,再通率为97.01%,现已有742例患者正常妊娠并分娩健康婴儿,介入再通后正常妊娠率为38.05%。结论:介入治疗是临床上治疗输卵管阻塞,特别是壶腹部及间质部阻塞,使之复通的一种先进治疗方法。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the value of interventional therapy for fallopian tube obstruction infertilitas feminis. Methods: Under the observation of DSA, the fallopian tube recanalization with rccanalization equipment and non-ionic contrast medium were operated, and the deoppilation juice were injected by vessel. The cases of obstructionfrom ampulla of uterine tube to fimbriae tube were given traditional Chinese medicine treatment after the interventional therapy. Results: There were 2 100 cases obstruction of fallopian tube patients, successful recanalization were 1 950 cases, recanalization rate was 97.01%. There were 742 patients who can normal pregnancy and deliver healthy infant, normal pregnancy rate was 38.05% after interventional therapy. Conclusions: Intervenfional therapy was a advanced treatment on obstruction of fallopian tube, especially on ampulla of uterine tube and interstitial portion.
