肱、桡动脉穿刺部位的解剖观察及临床应用

摘    要:为了提高肱、桡动脉穿刺的准确性和安全性,选用了32侧成人尸体上肢标本,对肱、桡动咏的穿刺部位及其邻近的静脉、神经、肌腱、腱膜等进行了详细的解剖观察。确定了穿刺部位动脉的体表定位,提出了最佳穿刺段落及进针方向,结合临床应用经验介绍如何根据病人的不同情况选用相应的穿刺段。

Abstract:Upper extremities of thirty-two dead adults, after perfusing the arteries with red latex respectively, were dissected, observed, and measured to increase the accuracy and safety of the puncture of the brachial artery or radial artery.The brachial arteries and veins, radial arteries and veins, nerves surrounding these vessels, and aponeurosis of musculi biceps brachii were thoroughly observed .The method of locating the arteries on the body surface and the direction of puncturing the arteries were established.Suitable punctured parts should be selected according to the different conditions of patients.
