心理干预对白内障人工晶体植入术患者心理状态影响

目的 探讨白内障人工晶体植入患者术前的心理状况及心理干预对其影响。方法 将择期行白内障人工晶体植入术的患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，术前两组进行常规治疗、护理，对观察组进行心理护理干预。应用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对术前和术后3～6个月时心理状态进行调查。结果 两组接受手术治疗后SCL-90评分均降低（P〈0．001），术后观察组评分明显低于对照组（P〈0．001）。结论 接受手术患者术前和术后均有不同程度的心理问题；人工晶体植入可改善白内障患者心弹状态；术前心理护理干预可改善接受白内障手术患者的心理状态。

Effect of Psychological Intervention on the Psychological Status of Patients with Catarate Disease Treated by Lenses Implantation

Objective To investigate the psychological status of patients with catarate disease before and after lenses implantation, and the effect of psychological intervention on the psychological status. Method Patients with catarate disease treated by lenses implantation were selected and divided into control group and observation group. All the two group received routine pre-operative nursing and treatment, additional systematic psychological nursing was carried on in the observation group. The Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90 ) was completed before and 3~6 months after operation. Results The score in both group were obviously decreased after operation. (P<0.001). The psychological status of patients in the observation group after operation was significant better than in the control group (P<0.001). Conclusion There were some psychological problems among patients with catarate disease before and after lenses implantation. The appropriate psychological intervention can improve the patients' psychological status.
