维持性血液透析患者透析期间心律失常的临床分析

目的探讨维持性血液透析患者透析期间发生心律失常的临床特点。方法选择我院维持性血液透析患者86例，在透析过程中通过定点观察和临床听诊发现心律失常事件，记录患者出现心律失常的时间及临床症状．同时行血液生化检验和心电图检查，确定心律失常的类型。结果86例患者共血液透析19750例次，出现心律失常1935例次，心律失常的发生率为9．8％，以室性早搏最为多见。心律失常多发生于上透析机后2～5h，与患者的年龄、超滤脱水量、电解质紊乱相关。尤以血钾紊乱密切相关。结论血液透析中发生心律失常原因为多方面的因素，以室性早搏最为多见。临床上若能积极纠正诱发心律失常的危险因素，透析期间的心律失常是可以预防和纠正的。

The clinical analysis of cardiac arrhythmias in patients with maintenance hemodialysis
