精索静脉曲张病人内皮素及血栓素浓度的变化

目的 :了解曲张后精索静脉血内皮素及血栓素A2 浓度的变化 ,探讨二者在精索静脉曲张病理生理中的作用。方法 :采用放免法测定 2 4例精索静脉曲张病人精索静脉血内皮素及血栓素A2 (TXA2 )的代谢产物TXB2 浓度 ,18例无精索静脉曲张的腹股沟斜疝病人作为对照。结果 :病人精索静脉血的内皮素浓度为 (6 8.2 8± 2 3.72 )pg/ml,明显高于对照组〔(4 9.41± 18.18)pg/ml〕 ;TXB2 浓度为 (176 .83± 43.6 7)pg/ml,亦高于对照组〔(15 8.6 2± 40 .97)pg/ml〕。P值均小于 0 .0 5。　结论 :精索静脉曲张病人精索静脉血中的内皮素及血栓素A2 浓度异常 ,这种异常可能与精索静脉曲张的病理生理有关。

Study of the Changes of Endothelin and Thromboxane in Varicocele

Objectives: To investigate the possible role which endothelin andthromboxane may play in the pathophysiology of varicocele. Methods: Endothelin and thromboxane in spermatic vein of 24 varicoceled male were detected by using radioimmunoassay with 18 inguinal oblique hernia patients as control. Results: Endothelin content in spermatic vein was （68.28±23.72）pg/ml,which was higher than that of control group 〔(49.41±18.18）pg/ml, P＜0.05〕; TXB2 level 〔(176.83±43.67）pg/ml〕 was also higher than that of control group 〔(158.62±40.97）pg/ml, P＜0.05〕. Conclusions: Levels of endothelin and thromboxane in spermatic vein of varicoceled patients were abnormal, indicating that they might be involved in the pathophysiology of varicocele.
