| 摘 要： | 通过对17例早期手术的出血坏死性胰腺炎患者临床资料总结和动物实验对照，提示：坏死性胰腺炎患者，由于肠道粘膜屏障遭到破坏，肠道细菌移位，感染可在早期发生。

| Abstract: | After clinical analysis and animal experiment contrast on 17 early operations with hemorrhagic necrotic pancreatitis, it suggested that intestinal tract mucosal barriers were destructed in patients with necrotic pancreatitis, and bacteria of intestinal tract displaced, the infection may occur in the early stage of disease. |
