| 摘 要： | 为了了解羟基磷灰石（ＨＡ）对膜引导骨再生作用的影响，将２０只日本纯种大耳兔分为两组，一组在股骨中植入胶原膜和ＨＡ颗粒，另一组植入胶原膜，分别在于术后２，３，４，６，８周处死动物，标本进行大体观察，Ｘ线透视，光镜组织学检查。结果表明，膜结合ＨＡ组的新骨生长速度和成骨质量均较单纯膜组好。提示胶原膜结合ＨＡ颗粒在引导骨组织再生方面具有协同作用。

| Abstract: | The Purpose of the present study was to determine whether the use of hydroxypapatite in conjunction with collagen membrane influenced the new bone regeneration. 4 mm diameter bone defect was created in twenty adult Japan white rabbits femur.The defets of 10 rabbits were covered by collagen membranes,the others were filled with hydroxyapatite and then covered by collagen membranes.All animals were killed at 2nd,3rd,4th,6th,8th weeks after operation respectively.The samples were observed for radiology and histology.The result showed that collagen membranc combined with HA could improve new bone regeneration. |
