32^磷玻璃微球内照射治疗肝癌的实验研究

摘    要:目的研究32^磷玻璃微球对荷肝癌大鼠内照射治疗作用。方法将对照组大鼠和荷肝癌大鼠分别由肝固有动脉注射32^磷玻璃微球,进行对照组大鼠动物毒性和耐受性实验,以及观察荷肝癌大鼠瘤体内照射治疗效果。结果所有对照组动物受药前后的进食和活动情况无明显改变。大鼠白细胞升高(P〈0.01),血红蛋白、红细胞和血小板无变化,骨髓组织正常。ALT升高(P〈0.01),但术后1wk恢复。病理检查见部分肝细胞浊肿,伴点状坏死。荷肝癌大鼠16个癌结节镜检,发现12个癌结节有坏死。结论实验动物的肝组织对大剂量的32^磷玻璃微球内照射有较好的耐受性。32^磷玻璃微球对癌细胞有明显杀伤作用,对荷肝癌大鼠有较好的治疗效果。

An experimental study on the effect of internal irradiation with 32P glass microspheres on human hepatocellular carcinoma

Abstract:Objective To observe the effec of trascatheter arterial chemoembolization with 32^P glass microspheres on hepatic carcinoma in rats. Methods The rats in control group and the rats with hepatic carcinoma were respectively injected with 32^P glass microspheres from the liver inherent artery; the toxicity and the tolerance were observed and the results of internal irradiation therapy were analyzed. Results Behavior of food intake and activity of all rats in control group before and after given the drug were not changed obviously. After treatment the parameter of white blood cells remarkably increased (P 〈 0.01 ) ; hemoglobin, red blood cell and blood platelet did not change. Marrow was normal. The level of ALT remarkably elevated (P 〈 0.01 ), but returned to normal one week later, partially cloudy swelling hepatic cells with intra - tumoral necrosis was observed. There necrosis of 12 tubercles out of 16 cancer tubercles in rats with liver carcinomar were discovered under microscope. Conclusion The hepatic tissue of control animals appeared to be well tolerant to large dose of irradiation of 32^P glass microspheres. 32^P Glass Microspheres is effective in killing cancer cells and treatment of rats with liver carcinoma.
