摘    要:目的本研究探讨常温体外循环和浅低温体外循环对小儿脑代谢的影响。方法室间隔缺损病例随机分为两组,分别在常温(35℃以上)和浅低温(32℃)下手术纠治。在ECC前、ECC结束和术后20h检测S100蛋白浓度。用近红外线光普法(MRS)测量脑组织氧合血红蛋白(HbO2)、脱氧血色蛋白(HbD)及氧化型细胞色素aa3(CytOx)。结果两组S100蛋白都在转流结束时明显升高,术后回落,两组比较无显著差异(P〉0.05)。转流前期可见浅低温组HbO2高于常温组,升温后浅低温组HbO2显著下降,低于常温组(P〈0.05)。浅低温组CytOx在整个转流过程中低于常温组(P〈0.05)。结论常温转流对于简单心脏病手术是安全的,不会造成神经系统明显损害。
