氯乙烯作业工人肝血流图改变

对115名氯乙烯作业工人和70名正常人的肝血流图进行了分析比较,发现氯乙烯作业工人肝血流图异常率明显高于对照组(P<0.001);接毒组中临床诊断为肝大或慢性氯乙烯中毒性肝病者肝血流图异常率又明显高于临床检查正常者(P<0.05)。在各种异常波型中以低平波最常见,其次是高舒张波和高房缩波。在各诊断指标中以降中峡指数、肝内阻力指数、舒张指数和收缩波时间最敏感。

THE CHANGES OF REIIEOHEPATOGRAPHY OF CHLOROETHYLENE WORKERS

This paper reported the change of the reheohepatography (RHG) of 115 chloroethylene workers and 70 healthy persons. The results showed that: the rate of abnormal RHG was elevated obviously compared with healthy persons (P<0.001). The rate of abnormal RHG wave patterns of the patients with hepatomegaly and poisoning hepatopathy was increased obviously compared with healthy workers by clinical examination in 115 chloroethylene workers (P<0.05). The low and flat wave was found more often than high diastolization wave and high cardiac atrium contraction wave. The hi/hs, ha/hs, hd/hs and Ts were most sensitive to the chloroethylene poisoning hepatopathy in all kind of observed values. From the above, the authers considered that as the equipment for liver function studies, the RHG have been found diagnostic meaning for chloroethylene poisoning hepatopathy,
