不同动物宿主血吸虫病肝肠病理变化的比较观察

摘    要:对人工感染日本血吸虫尾蚴后3个月的猫、犬及兔(各15只)的肝和肠组织病理变化进行了观察。结果表明,3种动物中,以兔的肝和肠病理损害为最明显,猫最轻。肝脏内的虫卵肉芽肿反应均较肠壁内的明显。肝脏内虫卵肉芽肿反应增长比为:兔(3.52)>犬(2.64)>猫(1.81)。虫卵在肠壁内成串或单个沉着,而很少形成明显的虫卵肉芽肿。肠粘膜及粘膜下层有炎症浸润,粘膜肿胀或脱落,并可见腺体破坏和溃疡形成。本研究进一步证实了不同动物感染同种血吸虫后的病理变化存在差异。

Abstract:The pathological changes of livers and intestines were compared among cats, dogs and rabbits infected with Schistosoma japonicum cercariae for three months. The results showed that the most serious lesions were seen in rabbits while the slightest were in cats. The granulomatous response was more distinct in livers than in intestines in all of the three animals. The increment ratio of egg granuloma in livers was 3.52,2.64 and 1.81 in rabbits, dogs and cats,respectively. The eggs were deposited singly or in strings, few granuloma formation was observed in the intestines. In addition to inflammatory infiltration, swelling and/or dropping of mucosa the gland destruction and ulcer were also observed in the mucosa. The investigation demonstrated that pathological lesions varied in different animal species.
