错配修复基因与子宫内膜癌研究进展

摘    要:错配修复(mismatch repair,MMR)基因在DNAMMR中发挥重要作用,其完整性对确保DNA复制的精确度和高保真度具有重要意义。MMR基因缺陷导致基因遗传不稳定,增加自发突变,造成广泛的肿瘤易感性,并促进肿瘤的形成。MMR基因缺陷增加子宫内膜癌的发病风险,与子宫内膜癌的发生发展、肿瘤耐药及其不良预后有关系。综述MMR基因及其在子宫内膜癌中的研究进展。

Abstract:Mismatch repair(MMR) genes play an important role in the DNA mismatch repair, the integrity of MMR genes is significant to ensure the accuracy and high fidelity of DNA replication.MMR gene defects result in genetic instability, increasing spontaneous mutation and a wide range of tumor susceptibility,also,it can promote tumor formation.The defect of MMR gene not only increase incidence and drug resistance of endometrial carcinoma, but also relate to the development and poor prognosis of endometrial cancer.Th...
