经外周置入中心静脉导管患者相关健康教育

经外周置入中心静脉导管（PICC）因避免了外周静脉的反复穿刺、留置时间长、安全性能较高的特点，在临床得到了广泛应用。但由于各种主、客观原因，如护士对PICC护理特点认识不足、对健康教育的涵义缺乏认识、对健康教育的程序认识不足、缺乏健康教育的技巧、缺乏健康教育相应的知识等导致PICC健康教育不能得以深入，并发症频频发生，给患者造成极大危害，所以重视PICC的健康教育方式，提出相应措施，促进PICC健康教育的进展，对预防PICC置管术后并发症的形成，维护患者健康等发挥着重要作用。

Health Education of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter-related Patients

Peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC） is widely used in clinical practice. As a highly safe procedure, it can avoid repeated puncture of peripheral veins and prolong the placement of catheter. However, many factors, especially the lack of relevant knowledge and experiences in PICC nursing and health education result in the problems in PICC-related health education and the frequent occurrence of complications. It is therefore important to attach importance to the way of PICC-related health education and explore effective measures to promote health education and prevent post-PICC complications.
