| 摘 要： | [目的 ]探讨不同体位对血压值的影响 ,以减少测量血压的误差 ,提高对疾病的诊断正确率。 [方法 ]对 90例基础血压正常的住院病人进行平卧位和坐位时血压值的测量。 [结果 ]不同体位对病人舒张压测量值的影响有统计学意义 (t =2 .5 46,P <0 .0 5 )。[结论 ]对需经常观察血压的病人应保持同一体位测量。

| Abstract: | Objective: to probe into the influence of different body position on measurement values of blood pressure, to reduce errors in measurement of blood pressure and to raise diagnosis correct rate. Method: a total of 90 inpatients with normal basic blood pressure were measured in both decubitus and sitting position. Result: there was statistic difference in measurement values of diastolic pressure of patients in different positions (t=2.546, P<0.05). Conclusion: it showed that ones should be kept in the same body position as their blood pressures need to be monitored. |
