P-选择素与糖尿病心脏病的关系

The Relation between P-selectin and Diabetes Cardiopathy

P-selectin is the characteristic signal to reflect the activation level of the platelet. The adhesion of its mediate white blood cell with the platelet and the endothelial cell will prompt the release of some intra-cellular active compounds,activate the platelet and the blood clotting system,cause damage to the blood vessel endothelium and bring about the thrombotic diseases eventually. P-selectin is a very important factor of priming and maintaining the inflation ,and lots of inflation factors can result in interstitial fibrosis of the cardiac muscle and atherogenesis. Both inflammatory reaction and the disorder of the myocardial cell structure and function caused by ischemic and anoxaemia have contributed to the occurrence and the development of the diabetic cardiopathy,so the further study about the relation between P-selectin and diabetic cardiopathy will previde the new ideas and methods of the early prevention and treatment of diabetic cardiopathy.
