| 摘 要： | 采用椎板横突植骨术治疗腰椎滑脱14例,结果满意.本手术具有以下优点:1、腰部功能恢复满意,植骨范围小,不损伤邻近脊椎.2、本术式操作比较简单,易于掌握和推广,创伤小、安全,植骨量小.3、在足够时间的石膏背心保护下,植骨愈合率高.4、适用于脊椎滑脱在Ⅰ度伴有腰腿痛的患者.

| Abstract: | A series of 14 patients with spondylolisthesis were successfully treated with lamina transversa bone grafting. The method of treatment for spondylolisthesis has following advantages: (1) Lumbar function recovers satisfactorily. Bone grafting bound is small. It does not harm the nearby vertebrae. (2)The operation is simpler and safe,and it is easy to manipulate,the less trauma is and small the amount of the bone graft is. (3)By the help of plaster cast in enough time bone graft healing rate is high. (4)It is fit for the spondylolisthesis in degree I with lumbago and scelalgia people. |
