二至天癸颗粒联合体外受精-胚胎移植治疗不孕症61例临床研究

目的：观察二至天癸颗粒对不孕症患者肾气阴两虚证候的疗效,评定其对卵细胞质量,优质卵、受精卵、优质胚数目及妊娠率的影响.方法：治疗组为超促排卵方案加服二至天癸颗粒,对照组单用超排.观察两组治疗前后肾气阴两虚证候改变、取卵数、优质卵率、受精率、优质胚胎率、妊娠率,统计促性腺激素（Gn）用药情况,并做相关性分析.结果：肾气阴两虚证候改善、优质卵率、受精率、优质胚胎率等方面两组比较差异有显著性;治疗组Gn剂量明显少于对照组;肾气阴两虚证候改善程度与优质卵率呈正相关.结论：二至天癸颗粒可明显改善肾气阴两虚证候,在不减少卵细胞数目的情况下,增加优质卵、优质胚数目,提高临床妊娠率.

Clinical Study on Erzhi Tiangui Granules Combined with In Vitro Fertilization -Embryo Transplant for Treatment of 61 Cases of Infertility

Objective:To observe effects of Erzhi Tiangui Granules on the patient of infertility with both kidney Qi and Yin deficiency,and to evaluate its effect on quality of oocytes,the number of high-quality ovum,fertilized ovum and high-quality embryo,and the clinical pregnancy rate.Methods:Patients of the treatment group were treated with promoting ovulation program and oral administration of Erzhi Tiangui Granules,and the control group with simple the promoting ovulation program.Changes of symptoms of both kidney Qi and Yin deficiency,the number of mature oocytes,the high-quality ova,fertilization rate,high-quality embryos rate,pregnancy rate and dose of gonadotropin(Gn) before and after treatment were observed,and the correlative analysis was conducted.Results:The treatment group was significantly superior to the control group in improvement of the symptoms of both kidney Qi and Yin deficiency,high-quality oocytes rate,fertility rate,high-quality embryos rate and clinical pregnancy rate,and Gn dose in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Improvement of symptoms of both kidney Qi and Yin deficiency was positively correlated with high-quality oocytes rate.Conclusion:Erzhi Tiangui Granules can significantly improve symptoms of both kidney Qi and Yin deficiency,increase high-quality oocytes,high-quality embryo and the clinical pregnancy rate.
