家庭服务护理模式对住院精神分裂症病人社会功能及生活质量的影响

目的]探讨家庭服务护理模式对精神分裂症病人社会功能及生活质量的影响.方法]将114例住院精神分裂症病人随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均给予抗精神病药物常规治疗,观察组在此基础上实施家庭服务护理模式管理,为期3个月,采用Morningside康复状态量表(MRSS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)及世界卫生组织编制的生活质量量表(WHOQOL)对病人进行评估.结果]干预3个月末,观察组病人MRSS总分、依赖程度、活动能力、社会交往、目前症状和病态行为及SDSS评分均明显低于对照组(P＜0.05或P＜0.01);而生活质量中的精神健康、自我评估、工作能力、人际关系、家务和生活自理、夫妻关系、独立性、社会支持、经济状况及认知功能评分均明显高于对照组(P＜0.01).结论]家庭服务护理模式及技能训练有助于改善社区精神分裂症病人的社会功能,提高其生活质量.

Influence of familial care service mode on social function and quality of life in schizophrenia inpatients

Objective: To probe into the influence of familial care service mode on social function and quality of life in schizophrenia inpatients. Method: A total of 114 hospitalized schizophrenia patients were divided into test and control groups randomly.All cases were given antipsychotic drugs as routine to all of them, besides which patients of test group were carried out familial care service mode management for three months. Then all patients of both groups were evaluated by filling out Morningside Recover State Scale (MRSS), social disability screening scale (SDSS) and world health organization compiled quality of life scale (WHOQOL).Result:The total score of MRSS, the dependent degree, the ability of activity, the social communication, symptoms at present, the morbid behavior and the score of SDSS of patients in test group were lower than that of control at the end of three months(P<0.05 or P<0.01). However, among the quality of life scale, in terms of mental health, self-evaluation, work ability, interpersonal relationship, housework doing and personal care, connubiality, independence, social support, economic condition and cognitive function scores in test group patients were higher than that in control group (P<0.01).Conclusion: Familial care service mode and skill training could help schizophrenia patients in community to improve their social function and enhance the quality of life for them.
