复方α-酮酸片联合低蛋白饮食治疗慢性肾脏病的疗效

目的探讨复方α-酮酸片联合低蛋白饮食治疗慢性肾脏病（CKD）的临床疗效。方法对40例CKD患者,在治疗原发病的同时,给予低蛋白饮食（蛋白含量控制在0.6 g.kg-1.d-1,热量控制在147 kJ.kg-1.d-1）,加服复方α-酮酸片100 mg.kg-1.d-1,治疗8个月,比较治疗前后各项生化指标的变化。结果结束治疗后所有患者症状均明显减轻,食欲好转,腹胀、乏力、腰腿酸软症状明显改善。40例患者尿素氮、血肌酐、血清白蛋白、红细胞压积、血钙、血磷、碳酸氢及甲状旁腺素等生化指标较治疗前均明显改善（P〈0.05）。结论在补充足够热量下,复方α-酮酸片联合低蛋白饮食是延缓CKD进展的有效方法。

Ketosteril Combined with Low Protein Diet for Chronic Kidney Disease

ABSTRACT： Objective To observe the effect of Ketosteril combined with low protein diet（LPD）on chronic kidney disease （CKD）. Methods Forty patients with CKD were given LPD （protein content, 0.6 g·kg^-1·d-1;energy content,147 g·kg^-1·d-1; and Ketosteril （100 mg·kg^-1·d-1;）for 8 months. Biochemical indicators were compared before and after treatment. Results Patients＇ symptoms （appetite, abdominal distention, debilitation and lassitude in loin and legs）and biochemical indicators （urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, serum albumin, hematocrit, serum calcium, serium inorganic phosphorus, bicarbonate and parathyroid hormone）were significantly improved after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Based on enough calorie, Ketosteril combined with LPD is a effective treatment to delay CKD progression.
