爱宝疗栓用于宫颈电环锥形切除术后的疗效

目的探讨宫颈电环锥形切除术后应用爱宝疗栓治疗宫颈糜烂的临床效果。方法对78例宫颈糜烂的患者行宫颈电环锥形切除术治疗后应用爱宝疗栓进行辅助治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果 78例患者术后随访12周,均于术后第2周创面脱痂,有部分新生上皮长出;2周内有不同程度的阴道排液,其中5例患者出血较多（60～80 mL）,经电凝止血后好转。术后4周治愈29例（37.2%）,其余32例（41.0%）和12例（15.4%）分别于术后8周和12周治愈,一次性治愈率为93.6%（73/78）,总有效率为100%。未见有继发性出血和感染发生。治愈时间与其类型和糜烂程度有关。结论宫颈电环锥形切除术治疗宫颈糜烂操作简单、安全可靠,术后配合使用爱宝疗栓可促进创面愈合,减少感染发生。

Application of Policresulen Vaginal Suppositories after Loop Electrosurgical Excision of Cervix Uteri

Objective electrosurgical excision of treated with policresulen v To evaluate the application of policresulen vaginal suppositories after loop cervix uteri. Methods A total of 78 patients with cervical erosion were aginal suppositories after loop electrosurgical excision of cervix uteri. The effects of the treatment were observed. Results Patients were followed-up for 12 weeks. The scab fell off and new epithelium grew 2 weeks after operation in all patients. Among patients with vaginal apocenosis within 2 weeks after operation, major bleeding （60-80 mL）occurred in 5,but was improved by electric coagulation. Twenty-nine （37.2%）, 32 （41.0%）and 12 （ 15.4% ）patients were cured 4,8 and 12 weeks after operation, respectively. The one-off cure rate was 93.6% （73/78）and the effective rate was 100%. No secondary hemorrhage and infection occurred. The healing time was correlated with the type and degree of cervical erosion. Conclusion Loop electrosurgical excision procedure is simple, safe and reliable in the treatment of cervical erosion. The postoperative application of policresulen vaginal suppositories can promote wound healing and reduce infection.
