腹腔镜手术联合达菲林治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕症的疗效

目的探讨腹腔镜手术联合达菲林治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕的临床疗效。方法将172例子宫内膜异位症伴不孕患者按治疗方法不同分为2组：单纯手术治疗84例（单纯手术组）,手术加药物治疗88例（联合治疗组）。术后随访1～24个月,比较2组妊娠率。结果术后失访5例,随访167例,术后总妊娠率为55.69%（93/167）。其中联合治疗组妊娠率63.95%,单纯手术组妊娠率46.91%,2组相比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜手术联合达菲林治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕症具有损伤小、恢复快、受孕率高等优点。

Laparoscopic Operation Combined with Diphereline in Treatment of Endometriosis Associated with Sterility

Objective To study the efficacy of laparoscopic operation combined with Diphereline in the treatment of endometriosis associated with sterility. Methods One hundreds and seventy-two pati- ents with endometriosis and sterility were treated with operation alone （operation group, n=84）or in combination with drugs （combination group, n=88）. Patients were followed-up for 1-24 months. The pregnancy rate was compared between the two groups. Results A total of 167 patients were followed- up. The total pregnant ratio was 55.69%. The pregnancy rate in combination group was significantly higher than that in operation group（63.95% vs 46.91%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combined treatment with laparoscopic operation and Diphereline for endometriosis associated with sterility has the advantages of minimal invasion, rapid postoperative recovery and high pregnancy rate.
