黄芪对充血性心力衰竭患者免疫调节的影响

目的 :探讨充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)患者的免疫学变化和黄芪注射液治疗对其影响。方法 :对正常体检者 (体检组 )和充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)组进行IgA、IgG、IgM、C3 、IL Ⅱ、E RFC、T LTT、抗心肌抗体的检测 ,并将CHF患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组在应用转换酶抑制剂、利尿剂和强心甙治疗的基础上加用黄芪注射液 6 0ml+10 %葡萄糖注射液 5 0 0ml静脉滴注 ,每日 1次 ;对照组不加用黄芪注射液 ,15日后重复上述指标的检查。结果 :体检组与CHF组比较 ,IL Ⅱ、E RFC、T LTT、抗心肌抗体CHF组明显高于体检组 (P <0 .0 1) ;治疗 15日后 ,治疗组与对照组比较 ,治疗组IL Ⅱ、E RFC、T LTT和抗心肌抗体的改善明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :CHF以细胞免疫异常为主 ,黄芪干预治疗可获满意的效果

Effect of Immune Regulation in Patients With Congestive Heart Failure by Astragalus In jection

Objective: To explore effects of immune regulation in patients with congestive heart failure by injection.Method: The serum levels of IgA,IgG,IgM,C 3,IL-Ⅱ,E-RFC,T-LTT,antibody of cardiac muscle were measured in normal control group and congestive heart failure(CHF)group.Then the CHF patients were randomly divided into two groups.Conventional therapy group was only treated with digitalis,diuretics and vasodilators.Based on conventional therapy,treatment group was treated with Astragalus injection added into 5% glucose 250 ml,which was infused intravenously once a day,15 days as a therapy course.IgA,IgG,IgM,C 3,IL-Ⅱ,E-RFC,T-LTT,antibody of cardiac muscle in normal control group,conventional therapy group,and treatment group were measured.comparative analysis was made between normal control group and CHF group,and also was made between conventional therapy group and treatment group.Results: The level of IL-Ⅱ,E-RFC,T-LTT,antibody of cardiac muscle in the CHF patients were significantly higher than that of normal control group(P<0.01).Through a therapy course,the decrease of IL-Ⅱ,E-RFC,T-LTT and antidody of cardiac muscle in treatment geoup is more obvioous that in conventional therapy group (P<0.01).Con-clusion: The abnormality of cell immune reaction is mainly involved in the pathogenesis of CHF.Astragalus may have a satisfying cure effect on it.
