| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨急性髓系白血病患者化疗早期细胞凋亡率与疾病预后的关系.方法 (1)所有对象均来源于2011年7月至2012年10月在潍坊医学院附属医院血液科接受住院化疗的初发AML患者20例；(2)所有患者均采用DA或IDA或HA方案诱导缓解；(3)应用流式细胞术(FCM)及AnnexinV-FITC/PI染色法检测患者化疗前1d及化疗第2d白血病细胞凋亡率.结果 (1)经诱导治疗7d后,完全缓解(complete remission,CR) 14例,未缓解(not remission,NR)6例；(2)化疗第2d白血病细胞凋亡率(9.31±2.42)％明显高于化疗前1 d(4.41±2.13)％,(P＜0.05)；(3)化疗后CR组患者细胞凋亡率(10.12±2.23)％明显高于NR组(7.43±2.74)％(P＜0.05).结论 化疗早期细胞凋亡率可作为预测急性髓系白血病疗效的指标之一.
