| 摘 要： | 目的 :评估静脉注射丙种球蛋白 (IVIG)治疗呼吸道合胞病毒毛细支气管炎 (RSV毛支 )的临床疗效。方法 :比较IVIG治疗组和常规治疗组患儿症状体征消失时间及住院天数。结果 :IVIG治疗组喘憋和肺部体征消失时间明显缩短 (P分别 <0 0 1和 <0 0 5 ) ,住院天数缩短不显著 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :IVIG治疗RSV毛支临床疗效较确切 ,方便、安全 ,可作为佐治毛支的主要药物。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate clinical effect of intraveneous immunoglobulin(IVIG)for the treatment of bronchiolitis induced by respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) in infants Methods: The recovery time of the clinical signs and symptoms and duratio of hospitalization were compared between the IVIG therapy in 32 cases with IVIG therapy and the conventional therapy in 54 cases with conventional therapy Results: the recovery time of clinical wheezing and lung signs were obviously shortened in the IVIG group comparing to the conventional group ( P <0 01, P <0 05) No significantly difference of hospitalization days was obsrved between two groups ( P >0 05),Conclusion:for the bronchiolitis induced by RSV,IVIG therapy can be helpful for the improvement of the clinical situation,which is convenient and without many side effects,It can be one of the principal drugs in the assist treatment of chidren with bronchiolitis |
