病房综合服务信息系统是围绕“以病人为中心”的信息化建设理念，为患者和医护人员提供有效的交流沟通渠道。减缓医患矛盾，全面提升医院医疗服务。同时为患者提供全面的医疗信息服务和丰富充实的娱乐服务。该系统主要包括医疗服务平台，信息服务平台，综合服务平台三个部分。该系统在我院的应用是信息化建设的扩展和延伸。已成为医护工作人员的好帮手。患者的好伙伴，更是医患者之间交流的强有力的工具。

Design and Application of Information System for Hospital Ward Comprehensive Service

With patients-centered construction philosophy, the information system for ward comprehensive service provides patients and medical staff with an effective communication channel, which relieves contravention between doctor and patient and promotes the overall medical service for hospital. Meanwhile, it provides the patients with general services of medical information and plentiful entertainment. The system consists of medical service platform, information service platform and comprehensive service platform, which is an expansion and extension in the information-based construction in our hospital. It has become an excellent assistant of the medical staff and a good fellow of the patient and most importantly, it is a powerful tool for communication between the doctor and the patient.
